What really happened in Sydney stands today - I was attending

but the aussies banned him from the match

Please stop misrepresenting what happened. Everyone can see that you’re just lying at this point. I’ve already given you the benefit of the doubt and explained that the match officials were responsible for the exclusion, which is the proper process.

neither did any one of

I haven’t seen a formal list of who did hear what, my understanding is that several Australians said they heard it, right from the moment it was said. It’s not really relevant which particular person heard it as much as it is that there were multiple people.

he clearly was saying that he said

Neither the match officials, nor the appellate court judge thought it was clear that he said Teri Maa Ki. They are in a much better position that you to form a view on the matter.

What is beyond dispute is that:

1) the Indian team didn’t even provide the Teri Maa Ki excuse during the initial investigation. Which is a very strange thing for them to do if that’s actually what happened.

2) Sachin changed his testimony between the initial investigation and the appeal. Saying you didn’t hear anything is kind of a strange thing to say if you did hear something.

3) Singh refused to cooperate with the investigation, both claiming he didn’t speak English and refusing to speak via a translator. That’s an odd choice if this was all a misunderstanding.

It’s pretty well documented that, at the very least, the Australian thought Singh had previously called Symonds a monkey at a previous ODI. At the time that ODI happened Ponting and Symonds discussed the matter and dealt with it by talking directly to Singh about how he shouldn’t use the word and Singh allegedly agreed.

It really strains credibility to think that a cricketer had specifically asked someone to not call him a monkey previously, and then that person just happens to call him an insult that sounds like monkey in the future.

So no, its not at all the same because there’s actually evidence that suggests that Singh had said something racist.

put fake allegations at him

Yes, because Ponting would really go to that effort. That’s the bit that makes your conspiracy views farcical. The Australian side really gained nothing from making the allegations. It was a huge hassle and they were already winning.
