What is the reason, that esl and blizzard don't want to give Khaldor any gig?

I rarely post but this is something that hasn't sat well with me. Lets just look at the pros and cons of Khaldor casting: Pros: 1) One of the most knowledgable casters by far. 2) Truly passionate about the game. 3) Knows the European scene better than anyone else. 4) Most experienced HOTS caster, know what you're gonna get out of him.

(Possible) Cons: 1) Don't work well with others: Okay Blizzard/other casters, get over it, if you cant have a professional working relationship with someone you hate for more than 2 days, it says more about you rather than Khaldor. I highly doubt Khaldor requested working solo either. 2) Unprofessional behavior: Somewhat agreed, yeah he's gotta cut out some the language, cough* calling someone a douche bag cough*. But his recent casting has been much more cleaner and professional without losing the insightful edge. Plus it wasn't like he was dropping 3F bombs per sentence, I don't think Blizzard would lose sleep at night over their reputation if they casted Khaldor. 3) Personal Preference: Accent, attitude, blah blah. Get over it people, every caster has their own little quirks that turn people off, even on ESPN. Babael is sometimes difficult to understand (but an extremely good caster), Gilly gets all giggly over random things. Grubby is great for HL knowledge and advanced gameplay, but since he is primarily a HL streamer, his understanding of pro team synergy is still behind Khaldor's. The fact of the matter is, I want the best caster that can tell me what pro teams are thinking and why they make the decisions they make. A Grubby/Khaldor combo would of been perfect for European team games as one can explain what pro teams are doing and the other could explain what I can do better individually as a player.

Please don't let blizcon discourage you from casting Khaldor :( You got a lot of fans.
