I once saw a video on r/makemycoffin before the sub was banned that I can’t unsee. It was a guy leaning over a machine that was spinning and his shirt got caught in it, then his hand and arm. The force was so powerful the machine spun his whole body at a high velocity until his body parts were being flung around the shop. It was cartoonish how bad it was. His coworker walked by and realized what happened and ran to turn the machine off but it was too late.

Safety procedures are no joke and it’s tragedies like that that happen to make those safety courses mandatory. With all due respect to that man’s family, if I had to teach others how to operate that machine, I’d ask the family’s permission to show that video first. People would pay attention after that.
