What’s a non-covid reason that you like wearing a mask for?

With all the cameras nowadays in public and all the social media sites that they post it to. Ring, CCTV, smartphones, etc. Company giants like Google and Amazon probably stream their cam footage through Orwellian parasitic AI driver data streams in their servers for whatever nefarious purpose. I am acutely aware of every camera recording me in public, doorbell cameras, light stop cameras, dash cams, you name it. I have tried to search up various devices that detect cameras within a vicinity.

Think of it like an IMSI catcher, it somehow detected the electromagnetic emissions in the electronic systems, think of it as Van Eck Phreaking. And thank god that POE cameras aren’t in high demand. Otherwise Wifi jammers and detectors would serve me no good, you are able to select wireless cams within a certain area and jam their signals so they can’t get a view of you. But I don’t want to do that, as that would arouse the attention of their data engineers and they would probably figure out that certain Ring systems were being taken offline within a certain timeframe within a certain area. Now, moving on from jamming, how would one eliminate the POE cameras or even smartphone cameras? Simple, laser system. Find and neutralise digital cameras. The system works by looking for the reflectivity and shape of the CCD sensors used in some digital cameras. It works on the principle that CCDs are retroreflective - they reflect light directly back at its source, like road signs.

This allows a laser to scan for them, detect its own reflection and increase the power to effectively blind the sensor momentarily. However, anti-digital techniques don't work on conventional film cameras because they have no image sensor. Also, many modern SLRs now use CMOS rather CCD sensors. So IPhone cams are out of the question. Guess I’m out of luck on this one. I have an array of prosthetic masks, manufactured silicone hand sleeves, and colored eye contacts. The hyper-realistic masks fool everyone, even hour long Uber rides, but that may be the face mask I’m wearing over them along with the sunglasses. But I’m not taking any risks. For the hand sleeve, fingerprints can be taken from an 8K high res lense. Some guy did it to a German politician. I don’t want my DNA anywhere. And I’m not taking capecitabine, because that causes cancer. And colored eye contacts are another tool that hides your biometrics of your face. I don’t know what I’ll do about gait recogintion, pebble in my shoe maybe. Vulnerabilities would allow an attacker to download footage off a camera, edit things out or potentially make more intricate modifications, and then re-upload it, leaving no indication of the change. Or an attacker could simply delete footage they don't want law enforcement to have.

“All of the body cam devices have security issues that could allow an attacker to track their location or manipulate the software they run. He also found problems with the ecosystem of mobile apps, desktop software, and cloud platforms that these cameras interact with. Additionally, Mitchell says that some of the more sophisticated models, which contain radios for Bluetooth or cellular data connectivity, also have vulnerabilities that can be exploited to remotely stream live footage off the cameras, or to modify, add, and delete the footage stored on the devices.”.

Using this knowledge, the same would apply to regular cameras.
