What’s the sub’s thoughts on the Final Destination series?

I liked the first one and the last one. But I do have a problem with most of these movies. I really don't see the Design. Many of those deaths happened because of unavoidable accidents or because the characters were stupid, not because death was out to get them. Some examples:

  • in the first one, a girl dies because she walks in traffic and gets hit by a bus. People die like that all the time and the reason is not supernatural, they weren't paying attention and that cost them their lives.

  • in the 2nd one, that boy dies at the end when the barbecue grill explodes. It really looks like it wasn't properly maintained and there was a gas leak, which would've happened anyway. Gas appliances have exploded before.

  • in the 3rd one (I think) two girls get fried inside their suntanning beds. That happened because they broke the rules and brought a drink in the room.

  • in the last one, that gymnast dies because she steps on a screw and the fall breaks her bones. That happened because the gym was in a state of disrepair, not because of some supernatural design. That place was an accident waiting to happen;
