What is the scariest/creepiest/most disturbing thing you have ever encountered? [Serious]

On Facebook , via the largest cursed images group, I was exposed to a photo with a caption (also on a sign in the photo if I remember correctly) “I enjoyed your daughter thanks”. ...And it was a gory photo with sexual intentions. If you know you know- but I can explain more if needed (I’d really not to though.)

So, it’s burnt into my brain years later and I really struggle to forget it. It appears to be scrubbed from the net. I’ve seen maybe 3 short vague references to it. I’m scared that because it is scrubbed that it was real and it makes me nauseous. I can’t even find a simple “yes, it’s fake” or ANY kind of closure. It looks faked, but what if it is real? Can anyone soothe my nerves?

I’m a horror and true crime fan but this has haunted me... Can anyone help please please please!!!
