What is the true reason sims 4 devs can’t give us what we truly want?

Because the playerbase is enormous and comprised of users with hundreds of radically different playstyles who all want different things to suit the highly individualized ways they enjoy doing those playstyles. I don't care at all about spiral staircases or more interactive babies or whatever.

I want a wedding pack and a bunch of new kitchen sets. A lot of people very vehemently don't want those things. I'd actually love a techware pack, now that you mention it, but you're apparently offended at the idea.

This is Karen behavior tbh. Not being satisfied with the game and talking about that or taking issue with EA's business models is one thing. But ascribing malice to the devs ("they don't want us to enjoy the game"), asserting that they're bad at their jobs or don't care, and essentially throwing these tantrums in spaces you think they're likely to see it because you aren't getting your 100% perfect customized game experience is incredibly entitled and dumb.
