What's a big NO-NO when it comes to a first Date?

I was chatting with a girl for about 3 months. (Long story but no way we could meet up before hand), light flirting. Just pleasant conversation, emails and phone calls.

Meet up the first time and it is SUPER awkward. But hey that kind of thing happens. So I give it another shot with a second date. She gets hammered, talks about how she "really likes me but it doesn't even matter," tells a younger guy how she likes them young because they "have a low refractory period" get his number and hits on a few other guys.

I have enough and just walk out, and she follows. Talking more about how "it doesn't even matter, you are too hot" and how I "can just go pick up chicks in a bar so it doesn't even matter." Every time I go to leave she ropes me back in. Finally I say ok I am just going to take you back to your place to make sure she gets back.

We get there and it is more of the same plus "we should just fuck, but it doesn't even matter." I am pretty pissed at this point but she wont get out of the car, it is late and I have to work in the morning so I say "look you can either get out or I am going home"

Next day she was very apologetic, sweet, wants another chance but understands if I am out, she really likes me. The 3 months of talking convince me to give it one last shot, but with the drama I want to wait till Friday/the weekend so I can sleep in if there is a repeat of the ridiculousness.

We end up spending the whole weekend together, and she lets slip that she had been on a couple dates with other guys that week she "needs backups." Ummm if you have a disaster date with me, really like me and "that person wasn't you," wouldn't you kind of be on your best behavior and not try and torpedo things even further by dating other people?
