What's the biggest red flag you've ever ignored?

One day, I noticed a bit of a tooth ache/gum pain coming from one of my wisdom teeth that had been partially growing through my gums. I blew it off as just regular pain that comes with wisdom teeth growing in and continued on with my day. However, the pain steadily became worse throughout the day and into the night. The next day, I scheduled an appointment with an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth out on the following Monday, which was in 5 days. I didn't want to miss work that week, and figured that I could just deal with the discomfort for a few days. I woke up the next night in excruciating pain that was bad enough that I could hardly even stand still without holding my jaw and pacing back in forth to try and cope with it. I Google'd home remedies for wisdom tooth pain but unfortunately had almost nothing to remedy it except for mouthwash that somehow relieved the pain for about 30 seconds until it would come back again. Throughout the rest of the night, into the morning, I was confined to the bathroom, having to constantly rinse my mouth with mouthwash just to keep the pain from getting unbearable again. I had to take the day off from work as I couldn't go without the constant rinsing for even half a minute. The next morning, I rescheduled my appointment with the oral surgeon to the next day. Some family members came to my aid with some toothache medicines and other remedies that all failed to give any relief. I couldn't even sit still because the throbbing in my jaw/tooth/gums would give me a headache and pain all throughout the right side of my face, and pain relievers weren't doing anything. That night, I ended up drinking some vodka to try and knock me out so that I could at least get some sleep. But I woke up in the middle of the night again in excruciating pain, and repeated the cycle for the remainder of the morning until my appointment with the oral surgeon. My tongue was completely cracked and dehydrated from all the vigorous rinsing, and I was exhausted from the lack of sleep. I remember laying down in the chair after they put in the IV and were getting ready to put me under and I just took a deep breath and relaxed, happy to finally be getting the goddamned tooth out. I ended up getting all four of my wisdom teeth out in one go. I came to about an hour later in the recovery room, mouth full of gauze, and the pain was gone. I was so happy, and I had a pretty quick, painless recovery. The surgery and recovery was incredibly easy compared to what I had just gone through the previous couple days. If you have wisdom teeth that need to be taken out, don't put it off. I did because I feared the idea of surgery and anesthesia, but it turned out to be way easier than I ever imagined, and putting it off caused me to go through some of the most intense pain I've ever experienced.
