What's the most fireable thing someone has done but they kept the job?

Worked in mortgage underwriting for a mortgage firm. One of my co-workers, let's call her ketamine girl, used to shoot up ketamine in the bathroom stalls, sometimes even falling asleep for long periods of time. She got caught a few times, but never got fired. This was pretty normal, everyone in the office just loved drugs: some loved uppers (cocaine, amphetamines, provigil), some others had their love for downers (ketamine, heroin, pills). See, turning down desperate mortgage applicants because their "collateral isn't sufficient" is kind of stressful and most people need to "vent off".

We had a super fun, cokeloving supervisor who would let everything slide, just as long as you shared your drugs with him. This guy was your best friend / worst nightmare, depending on what he was on. Super unprofessional, we all suspected he maintained his job because he sold drugs to the upper tiers of the company.

Anyway, ketamine girl was a bit hot, so one slow night we decided to go to the disabled toilet and do some cocaine and maybe get kinky. Things got out of hand pretty fast, and she ended giving me a blowjob while doing lines of coke off my boner. All the fun was interrupted when Cokeloving Supervisor unlocked the door (he had a spare key to take shits all alone) and saw us there in all of our splendour.

He just frowned a bit, told us to get back to work and disappeared. Never got fired, also never got to finish the blowjob. (He fist-bumped me at the end of the shift and asked for a hit of cocaine)

I resigned a few weeks after that, but last thing I heard from ketamine girl is that she got a promotion. She also got butt-fucked by the supervisor before that, but I'm sure it's unrelated.

Not even throwaway'ing since this post is like 20 hours old.
