My old job I was a young punk working in a warehouse with bunch of truck drivers. We got called into a meeting with out bosses boss, this was weird because we were peons and rarely ever had to go into the meeting room for anything.
Anyways we're in there and everyone of the workers except this super weirdo truck driver sits at the back of the room. This guy chooses to sit right up front where you can presume the boss will sit.
The boss comes in sees the guy and does a double take. He then sits two spots over from where the guy was sitting so they aren't sitting beside each other. Weirdo guy isnt having this so he gets up as well and plunks himself down beside the boss.
Now I don't know why but this weirdness had me chuckling already, it was just so bizarre. The weird guy is just staring at our boss, just gunning him like crazy. You can tell it's making the boss super uncomfortable. Finally the boss says something, " It's making me uncomfortable you're sitting so close and looking at me like that, can you move back a few seats so I can address everyone? "
Weirdo replies. " Nope Im fine here. I read that you should close to people in meetings so they dont think you can intimidate you. "
hahaha omg. I start laughing pretty hard. The boss is looking dumbfounded, my co workers are telling me to shut up. Finally the boss says " Ok whatever, lets get started...... the reason I called you here...... "
the boss continues " .... honestly can you move, you're acting super weird........ "
The guy just stares and says nothing. Im laughing like crazy now because the whole thing is so absurd.
Finally boss man spits out " We're here because we're getting complaints from our customers about our employees acting strangely and making them uncomfortable. "
The weird guy turns to everyone else and says " Ok so who's been making the customers uncomfortable???? "
Omfg. I died I was crying I was laughing so hard. I couldnt stay, I got up and ran out of there. Didn't even get in trouble.
That was the weirdest shit.
TLDR: Mega weird co worker, acted nuts in a meeting about us not being nuts to customers and asked who was the nut job.
