I was on the rear seats of a commercial flight from Frankfurt to Madrid, sunday night. I was staring at the window when I realized some weird lights getting way too close.

One of them just passed under the airplane, while another started approaching it from the right side. It was two fighters escorting us. Later I found out by the time of the flight we should be over the Pirineus and they were french Mirage fighters with the pale blue cammo. The airplane was so close that Icould see the pilot inside the cockpit.

I had no idea what was going on. Maybe it was just training, or our radio was out. Maybe our flight was stealthy kidnapped or while we were flying something as big as 9/11 happened again.

I don't worry about flying and I usually sleep even before the flight takes off. But that night I felt really unprotected and fragile because we could get easily killed with a squeeze of the trigger and no one would ever know about it. The scariest part is the just people near me also noticed it, the rest of the passengers and crew around us didn't even noticed it. After about 10 minutes I guess we entered spanish airspace and they flew away.
