Do I even need to say it?

It's Pit. Specifically, Smash 4 Pit. Kid Icarus Uprising is my all-time favourite game, Pit is my favourite Nintendo character and all-time second-favourite character, I like his design and his playstyle. Suffice it to say, I'm a big fan of Pit.

However, since I constantly talk about Pit on this sub, I'm gonna mention a few other characters I'm fond of.

Palutena is another one of my all-time favourite characters. She's funny, she has a great design, she was my most-wanted characters in the speculation days. Her moveset is fun and flows well - bashing people with her shield and sending them to the heavens with her u-air never gets old! I will admit I'm a tad disappointed her customs aren't available in competitive play, as I find her default specials a bit boring, but otherwise I think she's very well designed. And beating people with a perceived lower-tier character is always fun!

Corrin was a surprise hit for me. I'm a big fan of Fire Emblem and thought she'd be a cool character in Smash, but I never thought she'd make it. I'll admit I wasn't that impressed by her at first, I thought she was a bit boring and relied too much on her side-b for my tastes. It wasn't until I played Fates that I decided to try her out at a tournament, and when I did, I was instantly sold. I'm a big fan of her strong spacing game and aerial setups, and her side-b is now one of my favourite moves in the game.

Captain Falcon and Ganondorf are honorable mentions, if only because I inevitably end up playing them in every Smash game they're in. Getting a hard read against a strong opponent and taking their stock with a well-timed knee, dragging them down to hell with Flame Choke or just spiking them into non-existence - I never get tired of that!
