The Panzer IV F2 and G are sadly fairly undertiered. I'm afraid that any vehicle you use in their BR range, their cannon will still be able to penetrate you frontally with a fair amount of ease, with the exception of the Jumbo and Churchill Mk VII.

I realise this isn't the best advice, but hang back a bit. Assume they will try to snipe and try and avoid areas that would be prime for that.

Also, before anyone says "Oh the Panzer IV F2 is balanced because it has bad armour", the Archer is at the same BR with a slightly better cannon, worse speed, worse armour, no turret and not to mention difficult to even use effectively because of the back-to-front design.
