When did you know it was time to move on?

I hear you, job burnout is real in this industry. I think I was done with my company when a lot of members on the marketing team left during the pandemic for other jobs and we had a tough time fulfilling the roles which caused the workload to be overwhelming. The company made no adjustments during the pandemic to improve worker retention, provided no resources for remote training, and expected everyone to come back to office full-time by November.

But career-wise, the reason I made a move to another company is when I realized the talent of the company had been declining and I was becoming the go-to person for everything. I felt it was the right choice to move on to a bigger agency where I could at least learn from more experienced marketers and have more resources.
