This post, is, the perfect explanation. Myself and some very rebellious and equally stupid friends of mine were once smoking on the picnic benches in front of our county's government buildings (bassically tall neo-classical buildings where all the supposedly important people and things are to do what I'm sure is very important stuff) watching pretty much everyone who lives here drive by and go about their busy days. Not 50ft from us were the same homeless people that are always there, getting drunk on the cheap liquor that they bought using the money they begged you for in the 7/11 parking lot and yelling about nothing in particular, out of the corner of my eye, I see a white Mazda slowly getting closer to us coming from behind the county building. I think "nice car, they're probably just driving slow because it's government property and the street is really narrow or something". I look away, exhale another white cloud, stare down at the cool pattern of my friend's pipe, look back up, and suddenly the white mazda is about 8ft away and perfectly parallel to us, it's stopped. From a sober perspective, i definitely should have at least been slightly concerned by now, contrary to the stereotype i'm a very naturally paranoid person and weed helps control that a lot. But anyway i look into the car window and see the guy in his collared shirt and super dark sunglasses talking into his walkie and staring directly at us. I think "he looks pretty upset, I wonder whats happening, is there something I could do for him?" he was one of many security guards in and around the government buildings Had it not been for the girl we were with say "GUYS WE NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW" I probably would have tried to strike up a conversation with the guy. To this day i pull my hood up whenever I see a mazda, god i'm stupid sometimes.
