when u get a B- on a super hard test that you studied hours for, get yelled at for the grade, then realize you’ll never be able to please your parents because nothing is enough for them

Grades don't matter for almost everything. Yeah you need some form of a GPA to get into college. Blah blah blah.

What matters is effort. Discipline. Employers want to know you're trying, and to know you care about doing well. This is absolutely THE #1 skill worth learning.

If you focus on learning the skill of discipline now, your GPA will be high enough to get you into a program to get you the career you want, regardless of how "smart" you are. You'll force yourself to evaluate what you need to do to be your most successful, and you'll teach yourself to actually do it. And your discipline will make you successful in that career.

Source: 31 years old. I was one of the "smart" kids, and didn't understand that you can't just get by on good grades for eternity. This is the advice I'd have given my younger self.

Truthfully, OP, your study behaviours tell me more about your character and your strength than your grade. You're going to be just fine. Keep believing in yourself. I do.
