I don’t know if this could help you, but you say you already an university degree, and some work experience, and you live in Aargau. There are several Universities of Applied Sciences near you like FHNW, ZHAW, BFH and HSLU. They all offer part time degrees in Computer Science and similar engineering field, and at least for ZHAW and FHNW, as far as I know the Computer Science degree can be done fully in English. There is a constant shortage of Software Engineers in Switzerland (like most of the world actually, is there actually a country where this isn’t the case ?), so you could either study full time there, or study part time and work on the side. They also offer “Praxisintegriertes Studium” (Study with integrated Practice) where you can get hired at the beginning of your studies by a partner company listed on their website, and study Computer Science part time. Because Computer Science is in heavy demand, and English is the main language in Computer Science, it shouldn’t be too hard to find a part time job. The University of Applied Sciences can also help you to find a part time job next to your studies. Wish you all the best
