Which job ?

as someone who was in an experience hire class at Big4 and made senior their first year at Big4... The word on the street is that the experience hires struggled at picking up Big4 small firm up to mid-tier hires. Very thankful that my first firm was filled with top notch people.

I understand audit is audit but the clients are just consistently way bigger and more complex at Big4, like its a pretty big grind for an experience hire not gonna lie. I am not saying this to dissuade you but letting you know what you are getting into.

With that being said, the jobs I get contacted for are rather different in comparison when I was employed outside of Big4. If I was you I would go back to Big4 and ask them to match the base and remove the sign-on bonus. Sign on bonus likely has a claw back.
