Which Marvel TV shows are canon?

The first four seasons of AOS can be considered canon, but I don't see how one could see the last three seasons as canon.

Some very huge, world-changing stuff happened in the show that wasn't acknowledged in the movies, and some very huge world-changing stuff happened in the movies that wasn't acknowledged in the show. The biggest of all: They didn't mention the Snap. They mentioned Thanos once in season 5, then completely forgot ignored the events of the movies. At the end of the show, SHIELD is back in full force, whereas in the movies it's dead.

Just need to accept as head-canon that when they messed with time travel in the show, it pushed them into a different timeline where the events of IW & Endgame didn't happen and that the characters and events of AOS currently exist in that different reality.
