Which path is easier: coming from embedded linux to embedded (RTOS) or embedded (RTOS) to embedded linux?

Yes and I can add a lot more… I’m about to resign because it’s too absurd to me. I designed a RTOS from scratch to show them the methods we use regarding code safety in the aeronautics world. Made 2 new ECUs in 2 months, from almost zero using basic principles like code reuse (the whole point of having an OS is to share apps, libraries and drivers). Great success, stuff work almost on the first try, my n+2 tells me it’s unheard of.

And now that I saved the day using tried and true methods, back to the good old system, cause they want to keep control, you understand…

This field is full of idiots that think more keeping their power, being « in charge » than about the company’s future. In fact I ridiculed them and now I face retaliation !
