¿Which would you say are the main cultural affinities between LatinAmerican in general?

Back in like 2014 I used to play SAMP a lot, there was this server where all the latin americans would gather to play, it was great. Met people from Mexico to Chile, had tons of fun. There was this guy, I think he was from Honduras, who had my number and we'd shoot the shit on WhatsApp. Lost track of him years ago and had totally forgotten about his existence, until a few days ago I got a message from someone with +1 area code (US), Riquelme pfp.

I was like wtf who dis, dude goes ''old friend from SAMP'', I go ''which username?'', ''s0deN'' he says, I'm like wasn't you from Honduras or smth? He goes ye I moved to the US, I'm like y no hablás más español? He goes tas loco pibe, tengo a Riquelme de foto de perfil, cómo no voy a hablar español.

Long story short, football.
