Who is the most delusional person you've known?

Will get buried and not as bad as some of the people here, but there's a friend of a friend who we will call Dee.

She is one of the most inconsiderate, stupid and delusional person I have ever met. I can not stand her. She constantly plays the victim when she doesn't have a damn thing to be troubled, except maybe mentally.

1) She always says she's broke. The only reason she's constantly broke is that she keeps buying things on random whims. I estimate over 60% of the stuff she buys, they've never been used and or are still in their original packaging.

2) Our mutual friend, M is a stay-at-home, full time mom. Which translate to Dee: M must like cleaning and have all this free time. Dee was getting ready to move back in with her parents (which is a whole other story), and needed help cleaning her place. Without even formally asking Dee if she was busy or perhaps bribing her with some sort of compensation, M messages Dee, when is she going to come over and help her out. Of course Dee denies and offer suggestions which was dismissed with excuses.

She can't take a day off because she needs the money. (Spending on useless crap)

She's too tired since she works a full time job and just can't do it (She's just lazy)

3) The main thing she is known for is being this delusional desperate girl. She keeps buying gifts and trying to "court" guys that she fancies to win their affection and she makes it painfully obvious. Hasn't learnt one damn thing and keeps doing this over and over and complaining about how she can't find anyone. And any helpful advice goes through the ear and out the other.

4) The last part really bothers M. Dee is actually from a well-off family and they have spoiled her rotten, even given her her very own house. M is not so well off, but she's made plans to go back to school so that she can provide a better future for her family. M really wants a house someday and propose to Dee that they could co-own a house so that M and her family can at least have a house to themselves in this very expensive city. Dee actually replies with "Why? I already have a house." And "We should just appreciate what we have."
