HL is actually weak, no quotation marks required. He is only strong against lower level players and those that can't react to lights. You can parry his openers kn light timing, and if it ends up being a heavy, you can feint and still have time to parry the heavy, or let it fly if you have a recovery cancel, with a few exceptions. You don't need to worry too much about him feinting to GB unless near a wall, as all it confirms is a light. His Offencive stance kick/grab can be completely negated with most dodge attacks. Among his other soft feints, he has the most useless one in the game. He can soft feint OS heavies into a same side OS light that is parried/ dodged on the same timing.
