Talking from my own experiences in life, curiosity is the beginning of wanting to explore. I don't mean u want to actively cheat on your wife, but if the right circumstances came up, having such curiosity certainly propells you to follow it. Maybe you will one day, maybe you won't.

Having been on both sides of the coin in relationships I can say that I followed my heart each time. It did some damage emotionally to myself too, both ways. But also it was exciting.

No disrespect to your wife or anyone in relationships, also I don't support cheating, but I think in life we need to be who we are, suppressing ourselves isn't healthy.

Talk to your wife, but the curiosity will likely not go away, but fade and return.
