You are truly lucky, my SM doesn’t give a shit about pharmacy, except to tell us we’re terrible and our metrics such blah, blah, blah. Yet our RXM was invited to some leadership summit and we were number #1 in our area for new PSC rollout and SATR enrollment... She literally sits in the office all day doing god knows what, while we’re blasting IC3 on max intercom volume. Glad to hear when your DM stops by he at the very least helps out, which really emphasizes and embodies “the customer comes first” mentality the company throws down our throats. Here’s a pro tip, invest a little more in your store-level staff and maybe you wouldn’t have to waste our time with shit earnings statement calls quarter after quarter...
