Organizations like the Clinton Foundation is exactly why RICO law exists. It's a criminal racket of corrupt politicians. This is organized crime. Period. We all just witnessed James Comey detailing ways in which Hillary Clinton broke multiple federal laws before saying he wouldn't prosecute. That is what organized crime is, that is why it happened. This criminal organization literally just got done rigging a primary too. Saying otherwise is just dishonest.

If corrupt assholes want to claim that the law is irrelevant in the instance of this criminal racket influencing corrupt politicians, that RICO law just isn't applicable in almost every instance and so it's not applicable in the case of the DNC or Clinton Foundation, that's just them being lying assholes. If they want to say "Yeah, RICO is technically appropriate in the case of the DNC or Clinton Foundation, but nothing will come of it because the corrupt politicians who deserve to be taken down are the very people with the power to be protected from the law," then yeah, I could agree with that logic, but that's not at all what they were saying. The link doesn't directly address any allegations against any organization, but seems to flatly say "hey, it's never RICO, go away," and that's just fucking deceitful.
