Movie jail is a possibility, but unlikely. Johnny a Depp is toxic because he’s both a douchebag and he lost his cases meaning he can be fairly called a wife beater as it’s been proven in court. That makes it very hard to give him a role as doing so condones violence against women.

Smith is closer to zGibson now but better off because he’s not an anti-Semite. He’s also powerful enough to produce his own projects. Plus he’s just won an Oscar.

He will be okay if he wants to keep working. He’s likely take a break and come back with a story about his drug/alcohol use he will then play for sympathy.
