Women of Reddit, what do you wish self-proclaimed "nice guys" would understand?

One the number is figurative. Second even if I go on a limb here. If you as a guy go out with a girl for dinners, beach, parks, etc... And she buys you gifts and acts all smitten about you. And if you say you want something even if outrageously expensive, and she gets it for you. And you do not realize that she clearly likes you a LOT then perhaps you may want to check urself.

But, the thing is She did know, I told her how I felt and she said she felt the same. And then after a good time of us doing couple things and this includes talking to each other for hours at night and ending all our conversations with "I love you" she said she was busy to go to Canada with me one weekend cause she was going out with the boyfriend. THE BOYFRIEND I DID NOT KNOW EXISTED!

I wanted to explode and die, and a thousand other things. But I just hanged up on her and continued on. She called me back a few times that weekend, but I never answered and to this day I don't want to. Because it was cruel, and it is the last time I try to date anyone. I can't trust people anymore, its not the first time i am used as a bank or entertainment. And I am tired of it.
