There is nothing mentioned on the contract about non-appearance. The only thing related to this is that i had 7 days notice if i quit in the first 3 months, but it was not mentioned what is happening if I am not respecting the notice. And about not showing up, I was aware that is not the smartest decision but I can not go and pretend to work because I would feel bad for my colleagues, and I was not planning to help that shit person anymore. I have strong moral values so I just preferred to leave in that second even if that means that now i have to receive less money. I can live with that, I wanted to know if this thing is legal or i can so something about it, that s all.
