I have about 30 days played on FF14 and I started 60 days ago. (But I leave the game constantly on). All crafters at level 80 and multiple level 70s. For those that don’t play, I’ve put in a shit load of time in this game.

Last month I got nominated for an award with a $5k bonus and one of the comments was how “efficient” I was. The Senior Analyst I manage makes her own hours and I fully trust to get her work done. I’m on autopilot and my 1:1’s with my Director are essentially “keep up what you’re doing, great job!”

Daughter is in daycare and I’ve gotten so much shit done around the house with my wife. Planted flowers, de-weeded my lawn and backyard, built a home gym. Yeah, I’m never going back to the office.
