I enjoy walking into Costco and just ignoring them when they ask for my card, and watching their brains blow a circuit.

The most stupid part about the Costco greeter job is the fact that they demand I show my member card... even though I can legally go into the store without it (to buy alcohol or go to the pharmacy).

Why have someone doing gatekeeing at the door in the first place? It’s not like I can even buy anything at the register without giving them my membership card anyways.

If anything, letting non-members in should be their default action, because what better way is there to sell memberships than to let people wander around Costco and see what good deals there are.

Ugh. It makes me fume, just thinking about how stupid they are.
