I have a solution to the xQc problem:

Perma during one of his heists, make sure his DNA is on scene. Charge him with murder and raid him for the gun that caused the murder. RICO charge him and give him the 9s and confiscate all his posessions. Now his RP is interacting with the lifers and if he refuses to log in to interact with them then never assign him a court date thus forcing him to start all over again. From the server rules, he cannot create the same character and would need to prove a new character is different from his previous one. Since he has to RP it all out on how to learn to rob banks and everything he will probably get fedup and bored and eventually just quit and move on to another game.
