In your country, which law is least enforced?

Canada - drinking and driving. They recently brought in a law where if you blow between .05 to .08 the police automatically impound your car for three days (doesn’t even matter if it’s yours) and you lose your license for three days.

You don’t get to talk to a lawyer, there’s no due process, no courts or jury. A small woman could blow over after a single glass of wine at dinner. If she was driving a company vehicle they could easily lose their job.

Everyone, including the police, think this law is ridiculous. The problem is the police don’t have any discression - they have to do it if you blow. So, at least where I live, the police no longer ask if you’ve been drinking except for the most extreme cases.
