You've won the 700 million dollar Powerball. What do you do with it?

Getting a team of lawyer and financial planner is a given and I'll skip the preparation steps (even giving away some to family/friends/etc) and get to the point I will be ready to spend the money.

These are all in the order I would go:

1) No major purchase until I have resolved all debts that my parents have along with my school loans.

2) Pay off my parent's house mortgage

3) Give my parents a credit card which they can use freely and linked to my account.

4) Move out of my parents house closer to my school in a private community (there's plenty, luckily the school is in rich neighborhood)

5) Buy my parents their dream house (3-4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, parking garage for 2 cars, driveway, a lawn and a backyard). They don't want mansion. Just a moderate house where all her children can sleep in a room if we come over for holidays.

6) Lease myself a daily driver (M4, M6 coupe, GTR, or C63 coupe)

7) Take my parents to a dealer in my new car and lease them the car of their choice. (they were treated like a dirt when they went in with old car many years ago. I don't want them to experience that again)

8) Help my parents settle in the new house and make sure there's plenty of security features and have electronics set up (TV, cable, surround sound, etc)

9) send my parents out to their country of origin for vacation and to visit my grandparent's graves. (They haven't gone out for 20+ years)

10) While they are gone, set up a team of fitness trainer and doctors who will work together to formulate the best training for them.

11) Starting buying things for myself and binge amazon shopping. There will be something delivered every day.

No super cars for me until I finish my current graduate education at least. I won't have time to drive the car around as much as I would want to.
