I think it’s fine – very good but not OP. In 6P HoE it’ll take at least 27 well placed head-pokes to take down an FP. If you’re not decent at parries, you WILL need assistance from a medic – keep in mind that’s 27 pokes even though FP is vulnerable to piercing damage. It’s value is not too dissimilar to the Pulv, the major difference being the Pulv’s 383 extra explosive damage doesn’t really have a place to shine at the moment. It’s very good at taking down some of the smaller zeds (eg siren), but those can be dealt with just as easily with a Zwei. SCs are resistant to general explosives and so the alt bludgeoning damage wouldn’t give it a one-up over the Zwei in my eyes. FPs are vulnerable to explosives, but resistant to all other damage types the Pulv has available. So it’s just a case of Zwei’s moveset/damage types being more practical against the larger Zeds, which are generally the more troublesome ones. And again, having said that, the Zwei still doesn’t demolish the larger zeds – it still takes time AND well placed head-strikes AND successful parries/blocks. In 5P Suicidal the other day, at multiple times I had 2 scrakes on me, even 2 fps, I was fighting them off with a Zwei. Even with a lvl 24 Medic healing me, I still would have died several times over if I didn’t parry some of the hits – and it took some times putting those things down – when others freed themselves up and helped, these Zeds went down quick! I feel the zerker is in a good place atm.

The only thing I’d concede to as MAYBE being a bit OP about Zwei, is how fast the stab attack seems. On paper it’s a tad slower than the primary attack, and only a tiny bit faster than the alt. But it IMO it seems a bit quicker than the primary, not sure why. Might just be the damage fall-off on the swings leading to more swings/time needed to end Zeds with primary, when you could just spit out stabs for an unrelenting barrage of 120 pierce damage. The damage frames in the stab animation might also be closer to the start of the attack which would help.
