It's not about cheap labour. It really is about destroying their (Europe's) ethnic identities.

This is about destroying the resistance to further global economic-political-social integration.

The only nations that would resist, would be the ones that are rich and developed (Western nations plus Japan, South Korea, Australia, China and New Zealand). So they need to push for political disintegration in those nations, and the Africans and Muslims are the groups that supply the social-acid to burn through these countries.

There really is no other reason. It's what has always been their agenda. A global system where the elites can move everyone and everything around like a big battle-board ... We're all just variables, our heritages, our cultures ... all of it meaningless to them. As are our lives.

There's no employment situation that possibly benefits the domestic economies, as you note, there is already high unemployment. Add to that, the banking and debt crises of most European nations, the staggeringly large Social Welfare costs (which only increase as a result of African and Muslim immigration) and you have no chance of generating the income necessary for the taxes to pay for existing social liabilities in Europe, never mind the new ones you add as a result of the influx.

Crime, rape, murder and social friction will rise rapidly, the surveillance and police states that the EU have been encouraging for the past two decades will have a purpose now, as the domestic populations will need to be policed 24/7 to stop them from blowing up the natives, from raping the natives or beating up the natives, as well as to stop the natives from fighting back.
