18years ago, 200 Women lynched a Serial Rapist in a Courtroom in India, after no action was taken against him, he used to bribe the officials and get bail every single time. He was stabbed more than 70 times and chili powder and stones were thrown in his face. He was hacked to death in 15 minutes

There's a spectrum, globally, on what is considered acceptable.

USA executes criminals, so does China.

Western (i.e. European) justice systems disproportionately focus on the criminal. "Justice" is objectively measured through sentencing guidelines etc, but where is the recognition of the victim, or those who loved the victim? where is the justice subjectively?

If you had a daughter, and she was raped, and the man responsible for that rape was escaping justice through corruption... multiple times with other women. hundreds of victims, direct and indirect. . . Western society seemingly focuses on the rehabilitation of the perpetrator? why? what about the victims?
