I am sorry to say this but you are in her friendzone/pen pal zone. If you are okay with being a pen pal friend to her while she sees other men then it is fine to continue. But if I were you I would avoid a long distance connection because it most likely will not work out since its important to see eachother often in a relationship.

You probably should have confessed your feelings early on but its been 2 years.

If I were in your position, I would probably not waste my time on it since it most likely wouldn’t work out unless you move to Madrid or she moves to your location.
