Incinerate, Cast While Channeling, Discharge using Jugger to auto generate endurance and power charges using Eye of Innocence/Mokou's Embrace and Romira's Banquet.

Skill tree. Ignore the extra 8 skill points added into the tree, the total amount of points is actually 110 since the build uses 2 Inspired Learning jewels due to the build being starved on skill points.

Items of choice:

• Eye of Innocence/Mokou's Embrace, so you can hit yourself and generate endurance charges with Jugger

• Romira's Banquet, so you can auto generate power charges (5 total charges).

• Death's Door boots and a corrupted rare belt for extra endurance charges. The belt is not that hard to get if you buy average rare ones from players and corrupt them yourself.

• Rise of the Phoenix since it's easy to sustain RF with Jugger (using purity of fire).

• Rare scepter with good cast speed. Scepter over a wand so you can use Shield Charge and activate Jugger's Unyielding passive.

• Kingsguard so you're healed for 1000 life every 0.56 seconds when Discharge triggers.

Despite the build using a ton of unique items it's not that hard to cap resistances since the unique items chosen already provide some. You also get 43% to all elemental resistances from the skill tree.

The main problem is that you don't get a lot of life from the items used, so it's more oriented to softcore. Also, it cannot run elemental reflect maps, but it can kill lone elemental reflect monsters if you remove Romira's Banquet so you only deal fire damage which barely hurts you.
