Could be an older coworker or boyfriend/date -maybe even a family member who takes little opportunities to manipulate or trick you into doing favors for them that slowly become more demanding and sexual in nature.

Maybe he has some kind of leverage on you (blackmail, power over career/social status, etc,) that he uses to impose his will, making you feel more and more helpless and trapped as the demands become more sinister? Finally, you feel you have no choice but to give your body to him. That is really only the beginning as things only become more depraved and bizarre from there.
