People aren’t upset with something being developed there. They are concerned on the mass of the building. 25 stories is too much point blank period. This isn’t downtown. The building is a luxury apartment that isn’t “affordable” housing at all and if you really think the owner and or landlord would make it affordable is laughable. Again I’m assuming you don’t live in or near the area and already have to deal with the copious amounts of traffic daily due to the hospital and freeway ramps. More traffic more car accidents in only a matter of time. Not to mention the people that race their cars up and down HWY 100 at night to add to that.
