Milwaukee Police Association says officer shortage has reached 'critical level'

In today's labor climate, culture is a huge attraction point for a lot of organizations. What kind of culture does the MPD have? How an organization responds to complaints says more about their culture than social media ever can. Why would anyone want to be a police officer if you might get reprimanded or retaliated for doing the right thing like reporting a fellow officer for breaking protocol? Holding your superior accountable? How about all the police officers that arrest the same people over and over and the DA keeps sending them back? I imagine that job is exhausting for people who want to be good police officers but great for those who like to take the law into their own hands.
