What are your thoughts on moving up in the marketing world? Specifically going from one job to another.

I'm currently employed as a marketing coordinator for one of the top three most prestigious Pizza franchises in the world in one of the busiest markets in the United States. I have a masters in mass communication, a bachelor's and advertising and a minor in English. I also have four internship spanning 2.5 years all of which were unpaid. I am probably one of the more competitive marketing people out there but I want more. More pay. More challenges. More authority. More control. I want to be pretty much the CMO of a company. Just turned 25 by the way.

I haven't hit my 1 million dollar in online pizza sales yet, but in about 3 years i think I can. Pretty soon I might become the director of marketing, but it would be 25 years before being the CMO. I live this company and am willing to stay for 25 years, but I heard loyalty can bite you in the ass.
