Here's a little tip for mega-late game Pudge. You can build in a way to effectively solo any hero in Dota (including faceless void or wraith king or even medusa) on the assumption you have at leaat 40 flesh heaps and level 25.
On this assumption, you have 205 base STR for 4,045 HP and you hit for 232-238 damage per swing (with no items). However, you only have 9 armor (8.8) and 1.00 attacks per second. With your 20 free stats you get a little bit of a boost to your armor at 12 and 4425 HP with 252 damage. Your big problems here are your AS and Armor, not your HP.
With these stats in mind, Assault Cuirass is your best friend. From 12 armor to 27 (pretty good!) and 55 AS. Just as well, your enemy gets -5 armor. At this point you have pretty good tank but your AS still isn't quite where it needs to be so we get a Mjollnir for the 80 AS (the damage and shock shield are great too). At this point we've bolstered our AS by 135, damage by 24, and armor by 15 (and -5 armor to enemy!)
So since we've solved our 2 big problems our item choices open up a bit. Pudge is a slow fucker so Boots of Travel is always nice as well as Manta Style to purge silences and grant decent MS/AS (your illusions are godlike at this point as well). Satanic and Skadi are great for the slow/lifesteal working through BKB together. Butterfly can sorta work since AGI is welcome at this point in the game, and Etheral Blade fills a similar niche if you find yourself needing to E-blade yourself/the enemy during their big OP ults (void, medusa, etc.). Abyssal Blade and MKB can give bashes, and since our AS is pretty decent they work (especially against AGI/evasion heroes). Deadalus can prove to be a safer Divine Rapier if you need the damage.
Lastly, but most importantly, your big solo 1v1 carry item is Aghanim's Scepter. With abyssal, skadi, satanic, manta, 40 flesh heaps and our +20 free stats we can get an insane 395 strength. With aghs, our ulti deals 427.5 (after base magic damage reduction) damage per tick and heals us for that damage for a total of 1282.5 damage. That's a 2,565 damage swing during a 1v1! So when you get low you can use aghanims into satanic to 1v1 pretty much anyone in the game.
