I see where some book read idiot was explaining how efficient capitalism is compared to socialism.

He got everything right until he got to the part of what's best for everyone.

Under capitalism inventory is a bad thing. You want as little inventory as possible. Hence, we have panic buying of food and guess what? Food is gone. You starve.

Under socialism we have food stored away for a rainy day. Sure it's not economically the most profitable but at least Grandma won't fucking starve to death.

Capitalism = Bill Gates can earn 20 billion off stock due to a fucking government contract! Oh and Grandma starves.

Socialism = Bill Gates only has 7 billion and you get healthcare and educational opportunities and grandma doesn't starve or even suffer.

Difficult choice I know.
