So basically I'm horribly depressed because the guy I am in love with upped and left me the day before his birthday about 2 months ago. We met in HS in 2007 and instantly became friends, in about 2008 it became more, we were together and inseparable since (10 years)

To go on with the events I tried reaching him later that night when I hadn't heard from him at all, worried of course I called, texted and absolute nothing. By the way he left to meet some co-workers for a little pre b-day celebration and the stuff that happened that night was the cause for him leaving me. How do I know? 2 nights ago out of no where he calls me at 2am pretending to care how I'm doing and apologizing for what happened, the thing is he has since moved on with someone else and is in love. I wont say everything he said quite yet, I just need some advice, How do I move on from such a horrible betrayal? How do I move forward when the future I thought we'd had is no more? I hurt, I cannot function, I cannot do things that remind me of him, can't hear happy music because I don't feel it, I can't stand romance and love music as well, I have no one.
