Out of curiosity I asked for a few things; To be woken up if he wakes up. He didn’t End result: grandma called me lazy for sleeping in till 8:00am

To set an alarm when he decided to take a nap so I don’t look like an ass waking him up (this is only to keep his sleep on schedule. We have to drive 7.5 hours. I can’t drive that long so it’s him who is doing it. He can’t be tired while we go through ice and snow)

End result; his grandma yelling at me to let the boy sleep. He accidentally took a 5h nap and asked me why I didn’t wake him up…

I asked him if he could ask his family to keep the fire place off at night. We are sleeping upstairs-it probably gets to be 85° up here when the heat and the fire place are going. He refused to; so I’ve gotten the total of 6 hours of sleep because of my back and feeling every ox of water sucked out of me. He just sleeps in his underwear; I wear pjs because they walk into the loft area upstairs all the time

He’s never behaved this way.never. He’s always shown respect for me but this trip through it out the window. I thought he would understand that I am willing to make some sacrifices so he can see his family; like helping prepare his car (he’s still in school. I have a good paying job) and supporting him through painful nights on the floor. All I’ve gotten was disrespect
