AITA for refusing to be present at my sister's birth?

I have an extended family member who needed c-sections for both of her first two children, then insisted on home births for babies 3-7. She claimed the doctors had no idea what they were talking about and were trying to force her into c-sections unnecessarily. Then her uterus ruptured in the middle of delivering baby 7, the perfectly healthy baby didn’t make it and the mom very nearly didn’t either. Her selfishness and ignorance cost her daughter’s life.

She tried to talk me into home births too. Both of mine very nearly needed c-sections and I only successfully delivered them because of the medical monitoring and prompt intervention that are only available in a hospital. Even perfect pregnancies can go sideways very quickly during delivery.
