I agree. I’ve had friends send me pictures of people they think look like me, including a very uncanny guy who looked very similar to me. I wasn’t offended, I didn’t think they were calling me masculine, the person just happened to look like they could’ve been my twin brother even though I’m female.

A good friend of mine, Carlos, is Mexican and has the most generic every man face that ever existed. I have seen more people that look like him then I can count and it’s kind of a joke to send him pictures of people look like him. It has nothing to do with him being Mexican, it has nothing to do with there being a ton of Mexicans where are used to live. I sent him pictures of an Asian guy who looks like him, there was a black guy that looked like him, and no one was offended.
